Obituary of Marion Unthank Wehner

Marion Unthank Wehner passed away unexpectedly on April 28, 2015, following complications from a recent surgery. She was 67 years old. She was a beloved and deeply-respected mother, wife, professional, family member and friend. Marion was widely known as the owner/founder of Wehner’s School of the Arts and Wehner Financial Services, and she was recognized for her many years leadership of Clay County’s “Concert on the Green” series, along with her multiple contributions to St. Catherine’s Church and community. Marion is survived by her husband of 45 years, Larry; three grown sons, Jason (Jodie), Erik (Silke) and Kyle (Holly); and seven grandchildren Kyrsten, Ella, Claire, Anja, Peyton, Sadie and Tristan. Marion touched the lives of many – she was kind and generous to everyone, and will be missed dearly. A visitation will be held on Friday, May 1, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Aaron and Burney Bivens Funeral Home, 529 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073, (904) 264-1233 and a Mass will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Catherine’s Church, 1649 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073.
