To all of Jim Cherney's family and friends - I had the privilege of knowing Jim for some 44 years. Starting out teaching the same subject in the early 70's we would write curriculum together, attend preschool workshops and end up with classrooms next to one another the final 16 years of our careers. He was such a great example for his students who loved him.and respected him. With Jim it was never about what you do for a living but rather what you give.showing you care. When we were off at the same time for lunch the decision was easy, the Shiek or Subway. KK and Amy, Samantha and I pray for your strength. Jim I will miss you buddy RIP.
