Obituary of Benjamin Lee Gundlach

Benjamin Lee Gundlach, the son of Jack and Esther Gundlach of Boynton Beach, FL, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2016. Benjamin attended Seacrest High School in Boynton Beach and received his B.S. degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1967. Upon graduation, he was employed by Duval County Public Schools, where he worked for more than 30 years until he retired. Benjamin was a longtime member of American Federation of Teachers, Florida First Coast Coalition of Labor Union Women, St. Andrews Presbyterian Church and Wesconnett Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his brother, John, and sister-in-law, Donna; nephew, John Geoffrey, and his wife, Katie, and their children, Aiden and Megan. He is also survived by a host of cousins, neighbors and friends. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 31, 2016 at 12 noon, at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 6317 103rd Street, Jacksonville, FL 32210.
