Obituary of Barbara Sherron Nash

Sherron Nash died peacefully at home in Orange Park, FL, on December 31, 2015. She was able to spend her last few weeks surrounded by family and friends. Sherron was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, AL, and is the daughter of the late Wilbur and Emily Nash of Tuscaloosa, AL. She is survived by her daughter, Tyler Lasnetski (Jeremy), and her grandchildren, Carson and Jackson Lasnetski of Jacksonville, FL, and son, Matt McKinney (Carey) of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by her three sisters and her brother, Susan Nash of Memphis, TN, and Carey Marsh, Julie Ball (Joe) and David Nash, all of Tuscaloosa, AL. She is also survived by two nieces and loving family friend, Susan Dobelstein of Orange Park, FL. In lieu of flowers or memorials, her wish was for everyone to “pay it forward in kindness.” A true testament to the way she lived her life; always doing for others in kindness and love. Being with family and friends were her most treasured moments. She was always at peace surrounded by nature and in the mountains. And as a graduate of the University of Alabama, one of her greatest passions was Alabama football...Roll Tide!
