Obituary of George L Hawkins, Sr.

George L. Hawkins, Sr. passed away on June 22, 2016. Both his parents are deceased and his siblings as well. George is survived by his wife, Doris Hawkins; children, Melissa McClellan, Elizabeth Hawkins, Michelle Hawkins and George Hawkins Jr.; grandchildren, Joseph Hawkins-McClellan, Landon Hawkins, Preston Hawkins, James McClellan and Alexandria McClellan. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Saint Vincent De Paul at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church. This organization helps those in need. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. and a Memorial Vigil on Friday, July 8, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.,both at St. Catherine's Catholic Church, 1649 Kingsley Avenue Orange Park, FL 32073.
